Found Lucy's on the Too Good To Go app and had been trying for months to score an order, finally did today and it was well worth it. Lucy is so kind and friendly. The food I ordered was really fresh and tasted great. I'd definitely stop by again whether it's because of a Too Good To Go order or not. Highly recommend everyone try it out, probably one of the best chip truck poutines I've ever had and the cheeseburger was great too!

I was thrilled to discover that she’s open and running for the season! This isn’t just the best chip truck—it’s one of the best food spots, period. The owner is incredibly warm and welcoming, always going out of her way to make sure we’re well taken care of. I gladly drive 40 minutes from out of town just to treat myself at this amazing little gem

The fries are delicious. We ordered two fries one with salt and vinegar and one plain. Both were delicious and fresh. From the photo you can see we could wait to take the picture as one of the bags are missing the fries we ate.

Best Poutine I've had in a very very long time! Perfect amount of gravy, cheese and fries were nice and hot and crispy. Loved it! Service was amazing!!!! Quality and service will definitely be coming back to try out more items off the menu. They were so sweet with my son and even offe him a freezee!!!

Best Fries I’ve Had in Over a Decade — Nothing Else Comes Close I’ve been in Canada for over ten years, and Lucy’s fries are hands down the best I’ve ever had. Not just better than McDonald’s, Tim Hortons, or Costco — those are basic and forgettable — but even better than the fries I’ve had at upscale restaurants, fancy steakhouses, and trendy bars. Most fries are either too dry, cold, or greasy. But Lucy’s fries? They’re next-level. Super crispy and golden on the outside, warm and soft on the inside, and incredibly fresh — it’s like she found the perfect balance that nobody else gets right. I also got a beef burger with egg — freshly made, piping hot, and absolutely delicious. It was over 30°C when I went, and she was working in a super hot food truck, still smiling and being genuinely kind. Even though it was a Too Good To Go order, she made everything fresh to order and let me choose from the menu. That level of care and passion is so rare. Lucy is truly an angel. I’ll definitely be back, even if I have to drive far. My kids are going to love these fries too. 100% five stars!

We had some family visiting from the US who wanted "delicious poutine", and we knew we had to bring them here! Lucy and her son were working - they are so nice and friendly, chatting with us while we waited for our food. Yes, it's a little drive outside of Ottawa, but the scenery is nice, and the food is definitely worth it! We had poutine and chicken fingers - the photo speaks for itself (just enough gravy to not drown the fries, fries that were crisp and robust enough to not get soggy, and plenty of squeaky curds), but the tenders were also fried to perfection and not too bready. Thank you, Lucy, for stuffing our bellies - we will be back!
